Oooohh...Aaaaahh...Fiber!

Damn...fiber is hella sexy. And this is a reminder to consider rebranding young over sticking with the old, tired and constipated.

From today's WSJ, "Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Yet it isn't usually associated with Metamucil, a fiber supplement intended to relieve constipation. Procter & Gamble wants to change that. The makeover of Metamucil, a 75-year-old brand, is the latest in a series of brand updates at Procter & Gamble. Rather than invest in launching new brands, in recent years the company has breathed new life into tired ones."

If P&G's right, I can't wait to see Lindsay Lohan, Nicole Ritchie & Wilmer Valderrama fighting tooth-to-nail over the last bottle of Metamucil at Fred Segal...at least I hope!
